As PFAS regulations continue to emerge and evolve at both federal and state levels, dischargers are facing changes and new requirements in effluent discharge permits. The Midwest has been particularly active in this regard, with states including Minnesota and Wisconsin favoring enhanced PFAS monitoring requirements and the implementation of pollutant minimization plans. To assist the industry in preparing for these new requirements, NCASI and the Wisconsin Paper Council (WPC) will hold a one-day technical and regulatory workshop with special emphasis on mass balance analyses in support of PFAS minimization plans.
Register to talk with TRC PFAS expert Liz Denly on the latest in technology and regulations.
