EBA Risk Management Meeting: PFAS and Microplastics

The Environmental Bankers Association is a non-profit trade association representing financial services industry, including bank and non-bank financial institutions, insurers, asset management firms and those who provide services to them.

For this meeting on risk management, TRC’s environmental experts Jenny Phillips and Alia Enright will present with Diane Phillips, an attorney from Holland & Knight LLP, for this virtual session titled Microplastics: Emerging Contaminant and Evolving Legal Issues.
