For approximately 20 years, TRC has provided safety, environmental, and sustainability advisory services to a multi-national aviation holding company whose operations include the largest fixed based operations (FBO) in the world. The company provides business and general aviation services, such as fueling, hanger and office rental, ground handling and aircraft maintenance across the globe. 

Globally, TRC’s Services Included:

• Leadership and strategic input in identifying, establishing and implementing Corporate HSE initiatives.
• Compliance support for company policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Design, development and implementation of a program for routinely evaluating the effectiveness of HSE self-assessments.
• Organization and setup of semiannual HSE training/forums for HSE managers.
• Support of due diligence activities to evaluate compliance and potential liabilities of acquisition targets.
• Assistance in performance metric management and reporting. Metrics include recordable incident rates, lost time rates, energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, waste generation and recycling and water consumption.
• ISO 14001 implementation support at targeted locations.
• Voluntary and mandatory GHG and climate change reporting, including CDP reporting and verification services, Carbon Reduction Commitment Energy Efficiency Scheme (CRC-EES) and Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS).

As a strategic advisory, TRC proactively works with our client to efficiently gather the necessary data, to ensure HSE and sustainability reporting is accurate and meets relevant stakeholder needs.  We advise on energy data collection and reporting improvements as well as the company’s climate change governance and reduction strategy.
