In this role, Duncan will enhance the Company’s focus on advancing strategies to deliver large, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects with transportation agencies in the U.S. With more than 30 years of experience in transportation infrastructure planning and development, Duncan brings a wealth of expertise in all facets of project development, including feasibility studies, master plans, alternatives analysis, environmental analysis, and design and construction.
