The Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) Project in the City of Anaheim consisted of a joint partnership between the City and OCTA. The ARTIC serves as a transportation hub for Orange County and the region – a place where freeways, major arterials, bus routes and Orange County’s backbone rail system converge. The $184 million two-year project officially kicked off with a groundbreaking ceremony in September 2012, and included a 67,000 square foot terminal building with construction of tunnels, bridges and arterial roadways.
TRC, as an integral member of the Group Delta Team, provided civil inspection services.
