LOWELL, Mass. – TRC Companies, a digitally powered and environmentally focused global professional services firm, ranked 17th – up from 19th in 2021 – on Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) annual list of the Top 500 Design Firms.
Widely considered to be the industry’s preeminent trade publication, ENR’s list ranks both publicly and privately held U.S. companies based on revenue from design services in the previous year.

TRC was ranked 10th in ENR’s list of pure design firms. In specific sector rankings, TRC was ranked 6th in Power, 8th in Hazardous Waste and 16th in Industrial Process.
