- Obtaining the proper equipment to monitor confined spaces and provide entry and exit equipment to safely enter a permitted confined space.
- Training the employees that will perform as well as supervise confined space entries and exits on the procedural requirements and the proper use of the necessary equipment to enter and exit confined spaces.
- Documenting the training and observing the permitted confined space entries and exits as the team gains experience.
