LOWELL, Mass. – TRC Companies (“TRC”) announced today that it has closed its acquisition of Environmental Partners, Inc. (EPI).
TRC is a leading provider of end-to-end engineering, consulting and construction management solutions, fueled by innovative technology. This acquisition is part of TRC’s strategy to bolster its capabilities in geo-environmental services and growth strategy in the Pacific Northwest region. This sale will position TRC as the top player in environmental engineering and consulting in the Greater Seattle market. With roughly 30 geologists, engineers and scientists joining TRC from EPI, the combined capabilities will enable TRC to offer the highest quality tech-enabled solutions to a combined customer base and the market in general.
