WINDSOR, Conn. -TRC Companies has announced Tom Topolski as Senior Vice President of Infrastructure.
Topolski will lead TRC’s Design Management Services overseeing the growth and vision of TRC’s Infrastructure Sector, primarily in Transportation, Rail and Transit, Geotechnical Engineering, Municipal design, program and construction management.
“Tom’s expertise and leadership in the infrastructure space will help TRC as we continue to grow our Design Management Services,” said Todd Wager, President of TRC’s Infrastructure Sector. “We have a tremendous opportunity to help our clients as they execute on projects funded through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.”
Previously, Topolski was the Senior Vice President for Infrastructure Solutions at BrandSafway and the President of the Connected Communities Business Unit for Parsons. He received his Bachelor of Science from Buffalo State University of New York and his Master of Science from New York University. He serves as Executive Vice President of the International Road Federation and is a guest lecturer at Columbia University, Department of Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics.
