Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) are man-made organic chemical composed of carbon, hydrogen, and chlorine atoms on the biphenyl ring. The 2024 amendments added to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) aim to clarify regulations, correct technical errors, and enhance overall implementation of the PCB cleanup program.
