La CVR a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 la demande de concession de servitude d\u2019emprise et de servitude d\u2019utilisation non sollicit\u00e9e pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e au Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, qui est actuellement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude.
