Decades of skill, the kind that takes \u201c10 to 25 years to develop\u201d will leave the field within a few short years.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> These energy jobs are future-proof and purpose-filled. Technology may automate office work, but hands-on trades will always require a human touch.
