Le r\u00e9examen comprenait trois mesures principales : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9vision de la NQAQA annuelle primaire<sub>des PM 2,5<\/sub> \u00e0 9,0 \u03bcg\/<sup>m3<\/sup> de 12,0 \u03bcg\/<sup>m3&nbsp;;<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9vision des exigences relatives \u00e0 la surveillance de l\u2019environnement, y compris la collecte de donn\u00e9es, la mise \u00e0 jour des calculs d\u2019assurance de la qualit\u00e9 (AQ) (pour tenir compte des mesures de concentration plus faibles), les crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection de l\u2019emplacement des sondes et des trajectoires de surveillance et l\u2019utilisation de m\u00e9thodes f\u00e9d\u00e9rales \u00e9quivalentes (MJE) automatis\u00e9es et continues&nbsp;; et<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9vision des points d\u2019arr\u00eat de l\u2019indice de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air (IQA) o\u00f9 la \u00ab bonne \u00bb limite d\u2019IQA (0-50) a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9vis\u00e9e de 12,0 \u03bcg\/<sup>m3<\/sup> \u00e0 9,0 \u03bcg\/<sup>m3<\/sup> pour correspondre \u00e0 la nouvelle NQAA annuelle de<sub>2,5<\/sub> PM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La r\u00e8gle finale a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e dans le Federal Register le 6 mars 2024, avec une date d\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur du 6 mai 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Les petites particules (MP) continuent d\u2019\u00eatre examin\u00e9es de pr\u00e8s par les organismes de r\u00e9glementation et le public en raison de leur lien avec les effets n\u00e9gatifs sur la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre. En plus des exigences r\u00e9glementaires, les sites industriels abordent \u00e9galement les probl\u00e8mes d\u2019\u00e9missions de particules en augmentant les pr\u00e9occupations en mati\u00e8re de justice environnementale (EJ). L\u2019EPA a conclu que les informations scientifiques disponibles appuient le renforcement de la norme annuelle primaire sur les PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> pour s\u2019assurer qu\u2019elle prot\u00e8ge ad\u00e9quatement la sant\u00e9 publique et a not\u00e9 que des \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes sugg\u00e8rent que des effets nocifs sur la sant\u00e9 de l\u2019exposition aux PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> se produisent aux concentrations autoris\u00e9es par la norme pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente de 12,0 \u03bcg\/m<sup>3<\/sup> (\u00e9tablie en 2012). Ils sont con\u00e7us pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des normes r\u00e9glementaires strictes et sont soumis \u00e0 des processus rigoureux d\u2019\u00e9talonnage et de contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 pour assurer une mesure pr\u00e9cise des concentrations de particules. <\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Bien que les capteurs \u00e0 faible co\u00fbt soient pr\u00e9cieux pour fournir une couverture spatiale
