Le rapport \u00e9value les tendances en mati\u00e8re de fiabilit\u00e9, cerne les principales constatations et propose les prochaines \u00e9tapes des programmes de conformit\u00e9. <\/p>\n<h2>Le rapport de 2024 met en \u00e9vidence quatre constatations cl\u00e9s :<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u2019intervention du syst\u00e8me \u00e0 la suite d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques violents plus r\u00e9cents confirme la r\u00e9silience globale du r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique en vrac<\/li>\n<li>Les taux de fermeture forc\u00e9e des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations continuent d\u2019augmenter<\/li>\n<li>Les ressources bas\u00e9es sur les onduleurs continuent de faire face \u00e0 des d\u00e9ficits de performance<\/li>\n<li>Les performances de fiabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019interconnexion au Texas se sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9es tout en faisant face \u00e0 de nouveaux d\u00e9fis<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9soudre ces probl\u00e8mes de rendement du syst\u00e8me, la NERC prend les mesures suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019accent accru mis sur les p\u00e9riodes de conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques extr\u00eames et anormales par le biais d\u2019enqu\u00eates et d\u2019autres analyses d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements a produit des recommandations pour des r\u00e9visions des normes de fiabilit\u00e9, l\u2019augmentation des alertes de temps froid et la collecte de donn\u00e9es suppl\u00e9mentaires pour surveiller le rendement.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019EOP-011-2 a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 pour traiter des effets des urgences en exploitation en s\u2019assurant que chaque op\u00e9rateur de transport (TOP), autorit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9quilibrage (BA) et propri\u00e9taire de g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice (GO) a \u00e9labor\u00e9 des plans pour att\u00e9nuer les urgences d\u2019exploitation.<\/li>\n<li>La diminution de la fiabilit\u00e9 de la production de charbon \u00e0 charge de base, combin\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation de la production de ressources variables, n\u00e9cessitera des exigences accrues en mati\u00e8re de marge de r\u00e9serve.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 mesure que le r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique devient de plus en plus d\u00e9pendant de ressources variables et limit\u00e9es en \u00e9nergie, les m\u00e9thodes et les strat\u00e9gies traditionnelles de planification fond\u00e9es sur la capacit\u00e9 pourraient ne pas identifier les risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie d\u2019\u00e9nergie pour un fonctionnement fiable du syst\u00e8me. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces pr\u00e9occupations, les normes BAL-007-16 et BAL-008-17 de la NERC ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prioris\u00e9es pour une publication en 2024. <\/li>\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9valuation de la fiabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme (LTRA), l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la fiabilit\u00e9 estivale et l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la fiabilit\u00e9 hivernale continuent d\u2019analyser divers sc\u00e9narios futurs et de d\u00e9terminer des mesures pr\u00e9ventives.<\/li>\n<li>La NERC et l\u2019industrie continueront d\u2019\u00e9laborer des approches am\u00e9lior\u00e9es pour \u00e9valuer l\u2019ad\u00e9quation des ressources \u00e0 mesure que la combinaison de ressources \u00e9volue.
