This will include pipelines and intermediate storage facilities covered under a RRC or EPA permit.<\/p>\n                                                    <\/div>\n                    <\/article>\n                                        <article class=\"fx-accordion__panel js-accordion-item\" data-accordion-id=\"1\">\n                        <button class=\"fx-accordion__panel__toggle js-accordion-headline\" type=\"button\" data-accordion-id=\"1\">TPDES General Permit TXG310000<\/button>    \n                        <div class=\"fx-accordion__panel__content\">\n                            <p>This permit is currently under development to authorize discharges from onshore stripper wells, coastal facilities, and territorial seas facilities.\u00a0 It will replace the current EPA General Permits TXG260000 and TXG330000.<\/p>\n                                                    <\/div>\n                    <\/article>\n                                        <article class=\"fx-accordion__panel js-accordion-item\" data-accordion-id=\"2\">\n                        <button class=\"fx-accordion__panel__toggle js-accordion-headline\" type=\"button\" data-accordion-id=\"2\">Outer Continental General Permit WQG280000<\/button>    \n                        <div class=\"fx-accordion__panel__content\">\n                            <p>This permit is currently under development to authorize discharges to the Gulf of Mexico Outer Continental Shelf between 3 miles and 10.5 miles from shore. This will be in addition to the EPA\u2019s General Permit GMG290000 as the EPA does not delegate the authority for this area.<\/p>\n                                                    <\/div>\n                    <\/article>\n                                        <article class=\"fx-accordion__panel js-accordion-item\" data-accordion-id=\"3\">\n                        <button class=\"fx-accordion__panel__toggle js-accordion-headline\" type=\"button\" data-accordion-id=\"3\">Individual Permits<\/button>    \n                        <div class=\"fx-accordion__panel__content\">\n                            <p>TCEQ is updating the TPDES Individual Permit application forms to include oil and gas discharges.
