The city is experiencing a construction boom with construction output running at 10 times the national average, putting Manchester in the spotlight as one of the busiest regions in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Much of this growth can be attributed to increases in the city\u2019s population over the past 10 years, which is driving development in the city.
